LABORATORY / INTERNAL VERIFICATION

Internal Testing Lab

Our internal lab is set up to test plating thickness with XRF machinery to ensure we meet our customers plating requirements. In addition, all incoming materials are tested for lead and cadmium content using Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS). We have a very strong material management process to keep tested materials segregated in our stock room.

Our Ethical Promise

With environmental practices being at the forefront of progression, we have our own environmentally conscious plating factory which has been recognised by the government, allowing us to ensure premium quality plating of real gold, rhodium, silver & all types of imitation tone for our jewellery.

East Splendor Recycle Program

We are proud to say that we received certification of RCS2.0 in 2019. This is an environmentally conscious and ethical recycle program for metals including zinc, brass, & sterling silver. We are able to work with you to design and build a range using recycled materials.

With sustainability and environmental factors being at the forefront of progression, East Splendor has invested in a highly efficient environmental maintenance system within the factory to ensure our production is as green as possible. This includes: Waste Water Treatment Engineering System, Waste Gas Treatment, Dust & Emission Treatment and a Photovoltaic solar energy powered process.

COMPLIANCE REGISTER

As a well established supplier to such a wide variety of customers we have passed exclusive audits for the majority of the major retail store chains and brands in the United States and Europe. These audits are conducted annually with East Splendor complying to all the required regulations.

Our factory has passed SMETA/SEDEX and BSCI audit, and our products comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. As well as this we meet SLCP-HIGG compliance, positive on HIGG-FEM and FLSM platform. We also do SCAN audits for the C-TPAT division.
